Submitting images for print competitions

Competition entries may be submitted using the PhotoEntry System. This method ensures that all the information required is included and will confirm whether your files have been sent successfully. 

Alternatively you may notify the IT Secretary by e-mail or by telephone.

Entries need to be notified at least 24 hours before the competition.

N.B. The Competition Secretary needs to know the Title, your Name, Class (i.e. ‘General’ or ‘Advanced’) and whether Colour or Monochrome for each print. We also ask that you upload a JPG of the picture using the form below and the same size as for PDI entries. This is for the image to be considered for external competitions. You then just need to turn up on the competition night along with your prints.
